Mitchell is an Exercise Scientist (ES) with a Bachelor of Movement and Exercise Science from QUT and is currently completing his Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. With over eight years of hands-on experience, he has worked across private studios, commercial gyms, elite youth sport programs, and the NDIS sector.
Mitchell’s career has spanned a wide range of roles — from personal training and high school strength & conditioning coaching to advisory work with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA), where he contributed to raising industry standards and supporting professional development.
Mitchell is particularly passionate about mentoring adolescents, helping them not just perform athletically, but grow as resilient, self-aware young people. His own journey — navigating personal challenges in health and sport — has instilled a deep appreciation for mindset, perseverance, and the transformational power of movement.
Whether in a gym, on the field, or in a rehab setting, Mitchell brings a unique blend of professionalism, compassion, and drive — supporting his clients to achieve meaningful, long-term progress.
Mitchell works Monday to Thursday across allied health assistant and performance settings. Contact us to book an appointment or discuss how he can support your goals.
