Medicare Australia provides rebates for allied health services for patients with chronic disease, chronic musculoskeletal conditions and complex care needs on referral from their regular GP

Perform Well accepts Workcover Queensland and other General Insurance claims including the Motor Accident Insurance Commission. DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) with a related GP referral.

Perform Well is a registered provider with the NDIS.

Private Health Fund rebates are also generally available for Accredited Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy services. Check with your health fund provider to see if you're covered for exercise physiology or physiotherapy services in your policy.
