Jack graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2019. Working in both private and public hospitals in Dublin, Jack has a wealth of experience in varied clinical settings ranging from orthopaedics and acute stroke to intensive care and pulmonary rehab.
Having experience in a variety of sports ranging from rowing to powerlifting, Jack understands the experience and frustration injuries can cause for athletes.
Regardless of their complaint, Jack strives to encourage and empower clients to achieve their goals and reach their potential through a collaborative and evidenced based approach.
Outside of the clinic Jack is a keen powerlifter, competing at several national competitions in Ireland and winning the ABS Series 22 Pro-AM division. Having walked the walk as an athlete, Jack brings his experience and understanding of the need to perform as well as recover to his clinical practice in helping athletes overcome injuries and return to their sport.
Jacks experience working in both the acute hospital setting and with athletes gives him a broad skillset to help people with a wide variety of issues.
