Bridie is a physiotherapist passionate about helping people move with confidence, strength, and freedom in their bodies. She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra and brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and performance experience to her practice.
As an ex-professional dancer and current dance teacher, Bridie has a strong interest in dance and gymnastics injuries, injury prevention, optimising performance, and effective load management. She understands the physical and mental demands of performance-based sports and enjoys helping young athletes build resilient, strong bodies that support long-term health and performance.
Bridie also has a broad interest in general musculoskeletal injuries and enjoys guiding clients through rehabilitation in a way that is clear, supportive, and empowering. She values helping people feel capable in their bodies and return to their best physical function with confidence.
Outside of work, you’ll find Bridie enjoying the Brisbane sunshine or nearby beaches with her dog and family, scoping out the best local coffee spots after a gym session, spending time with friends, or teaching dance.
