Abby is a physiotherapist committed to helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Newcastle and has a strong clinical focus on musculoskeletal rehab, sports injury management, and pain education.

Growing up on a farm in North western NSW, Abby understands the physical toll of hard work and how important it is to stay mobile and pain-free. This perspective drives her passion for helping patients recover well and return to full function and move with confidence again.

With a lifelong involvement in sport, Abby integrates her background in touch football, athletics and hockey into her rehab approach, using movement as both a treatment and a goal. She believes that restoring strength, mobility and control is key to long-term results.

Through hands-on therapy, targeted exercise, and clear education, she empowers patients to take control of their progress, and get back to moving at their best.
